Orders & Returns Policy
*All goods on this website are subject to availability, we currently only ship to the UK and Ireland we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed in or outside these countries.
In the event you are not entirely happy with your purchase, Brian Mc Cormick Sports will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase.
Subject to the following conditions being met:
- A refund can be obtained on items returned within 14 days of receipt or an exchange can be obtained within 28 days of receipt of purchases. (other than perishable produce)
- Refunds can only be made in the original tender of purchase. We are happy to refund your items provided they are returned to us tagged, unused, with original packaging and are fit for resale and returned to us within 14 days of receipt of purchases.
- An exchange can be given provided they are returned to us tagged, unused, with original packaging and are fit for resale and returned to us within 28 days of receipt of purchases.
- Returns and exchanges can be made on full and partial transactions. All goods will be inspected on return, exchanged goods cannot be sent out until returned goods have been recieved and inspected.
- When returning your online purchases by Post or Courier, (which must be organised by yourself) please follow these important returns guidelines in order for your refund/exchange to be processed.
- Ensure the goods are tagged, unused, with original packaging and are fit for resale
- Enclose the delivery receipt and complete the Online Store Returns Form
- Return to Bmcsports Online Store, 56 Upper Main Street, Letterkenny, Co.Donegal by post or by courier.
Your refund will be issued once the return has been received by us and the above guidelines have been followed, Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited. Where an item is sent incorrect, we will refund you the original delivery charge in addition to the returns delivery charge. If goods are returned as unsuitable or for exchange we will not refund either your returns cost or the original postage charge.
Please retain proof of postage. All returns are your responsibility until they have reached us. We recommend you use a service that insures you for the value of goods you are returning. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
We regret we cannot entertain claims for missing or damaged goods which have not been notified in writing within 24 hours of the date of delivery, irrespective of whoever has signed for the goods at the consignment delivery point. This is necessary due to the short period of time we have to claim against the carriers for damage in transit.
Change or Cancel Order
We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items. If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us for advice on +353 74-9127833 between 9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns Procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
**Please note Club Direct Teamwear items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the product as these orders have been specially placed. If you wish to cancel items from our Club Direct Teamwear section you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
